Neecy
Singing since the age of 10, Neecy grew up standing around the piano with her aunts and grandmother Sara Nora King, who sang background for gospel legend Mahaliah Jackson. Neecy sang in her high school chorus and gospel choir, talent shows, weddings, and social events.

While assisting her brother in law, rapper Black Flagg in the studio, Denise recorded a song on his album called, “Forever Lady”. While recording, Neecy was discovered by Pastor Norwood Gant who was interested in her melodic vocals; he produced an album with her writing ability and sound. The album’s title release,” You Brighten Up My Life”, which was copy written by Neecy, sold over 70,000 copies. Neecy was opening act for legendary gospel artist Fred Hammond, John P. Kee and Vicki Yohe.

Neecy has performed in several plays. She was also a part of the Hit Gospel Stage Play “A Changed Mind" where she acted and sang; this was her most powerful performance as the preacher's wife, First Lady Michelle Reid. Neecy will be featured in the upcoming movie, The Boss Ladies, coming soon to Netflix. Among her many talents, she also cooks to perfection with her many Cajun Creole Dishes folk rave over.
